Gali Loevy is thrilled to be a journalist for Liberty Peak Press this year. As a senior, this is her first year as on staff, but she’s been surrounded by journalism her whole life. Her grandfather, Bob Loevy, has been a journalist for numerous newspapers, including the Baltimore News-American and The Gazette, and he is the major reason Gali chose to join Journalism. Gali loves writing for the Peak Press and hopes to take the skills and experience from this class into her writing career after high school. She wants to go into theatre after high school, and she hopes that writing in multiple styles across the different literature, language and writing classes will give her direction for writing her own pieces.
