Finals can be the most stressful week of students’ year, as the year dwindles down it is time for one big push finals week. Finals week takes a lot of energy out of the students and puts a lot of stress on them. Another big factor of this is how finals are scheduled.
Just like every year changes consistently happen to the finals schedule to try and make things easier. More confusion could be caused due to the unpredictability of the schedule. And just like most years the schedule is also different this year.
This year Liberty decided to try and get all of the students ‘ finals done over the course of three days. On the first day Tuesday, May 19, R1 and R3 finals along with a lunch period between R2 and R3. There will also be a normal R4 class period with no final. Wednesday May 20 B1-B3 finals will take place with a lunch period between B2-B3 along with again a normal B4 class period with no final exam. Then on the last day of finals testing Thursday May 21 B4 then R4 finals will take place with a lunch and make up period.
Finals can be a very stressful period and have to take extra careful consideration when preparing for finals. Students have to learn and prepare for two straight days of all day testing and finishing with two finals at the end of the week. This can cause a lot of stress during an already busy workday.
